Espresso Blōc finds ways to pass on the coffee residue from both roasting and brewing.  I currently have a garden where I regularly transfer my earthy (coffee) waste to the compost pile.  I empty my collected coffee grounds and coffee greywater into worm bins and buckets.

I imagine in a café setting, that if the ingredients I use are holistic and (the true) organic, that everything is fair game for earthy disposal.  Can you imagine a café where NOTHING could be thrown away, nor used that needed to be thrown away?
