There can be a drop-off or pick-up point (possibly the blōc studio) in Graton, California, or I can ship to those who wish to pay.
I source beans that lean to the organic and environmentally friendly side.. beans are seasonal and change around, and that is fun. I offer single origins usually, but can play with blends as well.
I roast a bit lighter, experimenting with single origins, and blends.
