Espresso moments are especially excellent when they are executed with talent, and I can raise the bar for some in the land of espresso. I began my serious take on the stuff in the mid-90′s in Belltown Seattle, at Lux Coffee Bar, working with Vivace Coffee, see them here www.espressovivace.com. There, I learned the physics of espresso crafting, and fell deeper into my love of coffee. Since then I’ve moved to the Bay area where I had a short stint at Ritual Coffee in San Francisco before moving to Sonoma County to begin Espresso Blōc, my personal journey to highlight the art of coffee making, and café society. It was in college that I fell in love with the café, and echewed my studies as I knew the world of coffee would be ‘it’. I know I can get you on the right track to practice excellent barista skills.
